Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant/Developer to design, configure, and implement Health Cloud solutions for healthcare and life sciences clients. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce platform expertise with hands-on experience in Health Cloud data models, integrations, and patient-centric workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions
- Customize Health Cloud data models (Patient, Care Plan, Clinical Data)
- Implement patient management, care coordination, and provider workflows
- Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Integrate Health Cloud with EHR/EMR systems using HL7, FHIR, APIs
- Ensure data security, consent management, and HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Support deployments, testing, and post-production support

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient data
- Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems
- Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Health Cloud Accredited Professional or Certification
- Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms
- Knowledge of payer, provider, or life sciences operations
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
