Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated O&M Agile Product Owner to join the 1LMX ERP - Tech Foundations team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering the roadmap for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system's Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities. You will act as the voice of the customer and business stakeholders, ensuring that our ERP system remains stable, performs optimally, and continues to evolve to meet changing business needs within an Agile framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
o Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for ERP O&M, aligning with overall business objectives and IT strategy.
o Communicate the vision and roadmap effectively to the Agile development team, stakeholders, and leadership.
o Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in ERP O&M to identify opportunities for improvement.
Backlog Management & Prioritization:
o Own and manage the ERP O&M product backlog, ensuring it is groomed, prioritized, and clearly defined with user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
o Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for system enhancements, bug fixes, performance improvements, and routine maintenance tasks.
o Translate high-level business requirements and technical needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
o Prioritize backlog items based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
Agile Team Collaboration:
o Act as the primary liaison between the business and the Agile development/O&M team.
o Participate actively in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
o Provide clear direction and clarification to the Agile team on product requirements and priorities.
o Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria.
Stakeholder Communication & Management:
o Proactively communicate with stakeholders on progress, risks, and changes related to ERP O&M initiatives.
o Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on product goals and priorities.
o Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and build consensus.
Operational Excellence:
o Work with the O&M team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of incidents and problems.
o Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for ERP system health and O&M effectiveness.
o Identify and advocate for continuous improvement opportunities in ERP O&M processes and tools.
o Ensure compliance with proper audit posture, relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Risk Management:
o Identify and mitigate potential risks related to ERP O&M activities.
o Develop contingency plans for critical system events.
Vendor Management (as applicable):
o Collaborate with external vendors and partners (i.e. SAP NS2) as required for TF O&M activities, ensuring their deliverables align with the product roadmap and quality standards.

Basic Qualifications

Strong background as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with a focus on ERP systems.
Strong understanding of ERP functionalities and their operational aspects.
Experience with O&M processes, such as incident management, problem management, change management, and release management.
Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise

Desired skills

Certified SAFE AGILE Product Owner or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience with specific ERP modules relevant to the organization.
Experience with JIRA workload and project tracking software tools.
Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

Ability to work remotely

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

National Pay Statement

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Premium Pay Statement
