Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Solution Architect for Full Time Positions (H1- Transfer with Processing) to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive technical solutions aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader, guiding cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, reliable, and secure technical architectures.

  • Design end-to-end solutions covering system integration, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, and application components.

  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks suitable for project goals.

  • Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, security, and performance of enterprise systems.

  • Work closely with developers, project managers, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

  • Conduct architecture reviews, create design documentation, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support pre-sales efforts by assisting with technical proposal writing and solution presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3+ years in an architect or technical lead role.

  • Proven experience in designing solutions for cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

  • Strong knowledge of architectural patterns (microservices, SOA, event-driven, layered architecture, etc.).

  • Proficiency in modern development stacks such as Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.

  • Experience with API management, integration frameworks (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi), and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

  • Excellent understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerations in enterprise-grade solutions.

  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
