Join our dynamic team as a Senior UX Designer and be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge digital experiences. This role offers the chance to collaborate with a cross-functional team to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our innovative products.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes based on user needs and feedback.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a customer-centric strategy through user research.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in UI/UX design with a focus on problem-solving and user-centered design principles.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience in Agile/SAFE environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in financial services.
  • Experience with web application projects and design systems.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript/React is a plus.
