Description
We are looking for an ERP Admin/IT Manager to help support the implementation of Acumatica. This is a hybrid role out of Lansing, MI or Waupun, WI. The client is open to either contract-to-hire or Direct Placement.
The ERP & IT Administrator will manage and optimize the ERP system (Acumatica) to support critical business operations across a multi-state agricultural cooperative. Responsibilities include ERP configuration, customization, integration, user support, and maintenance. The role also involves database management, system performance evaluation, vendor coordination, and occasional network administration. The position requires collaboration with directors, managers, and external vendors to align technology systems with organizational goals and ensure smooth business processes.
- ERP Expertise: Ability to configure, customize, and maintain ERP systems, specifically Acumatica, including modules like financial, distribution, customer, and service management.
- Database Management: Skilled in T-SQL and Microsoft SQL relational databases, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience integrating ERP with CRM systems, Power BI dashboards, and EDI for seamless data flow.-
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex system issues quickly and effectively.
- Workflow Optimization: Understand business processes and translate them into efficient ERP workflows.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and train end-users.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
