We're Hiring: Testers / Automation Engineers

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred)

Experience: 3 5 Years

About the Role:
We re looking for skilled and motivated Testers / Automation Engineers with 3 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance and automation. This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates in Latin America who can communicate fluently in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks

  • Execute test plans, identify bugs, and ensure high-quality software delivery

  • Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, and product teams

  • Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing

  • Document test cases, results, and quality metrics

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 5 years of experience in software testing and automation

  • Proficiency with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies

  • Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
