We are seeking a skilled Apex Developer to join our team for a critical MuleSoft decommissioning project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Apex, and a strong understanding of integration technologies. This role involves transitioning integrations from MuleSoft to native Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities
- Integration Transition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing MuleSoft integrations and design equivalent solutions using Apex and Salesforce native tools.
- Development and Customization: Develop, test, and deploy Apex code to replace MuleSoft integrations, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Data Migration: Assist in the migration of data from MuleSoft to Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- System Optimization: Optimize Salesforce configurations and customizations to enhance system performance post-decommissioning.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for new integrations, including technical specifications and user guides.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for issues arising during and after the decommissioning process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Salesforce administrators, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Apex development and Salesforce customization.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration capabilities and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect).
- Experience with MuleSoft and knowledge of its integration patterns and best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex integration scenarios and develop effective solutions.
- Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in large-scale decommissioning projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, MuleSoft Certified Developer.
- Experience: Previous experience in decommissioning projects or similar transition initiatives.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with other Salesforce development tools (e.g., Visualforce, Lightning Components) and integration platforms.
