Epic Beaker Analyst - Community Connect Implementation (3 CP / 1 AP)
Location: Remote with Periodic Travel (Milestone Site Visits in November, January, March, and April)
Contract Duration: September 2025 - May 30, 2026 (Build starts September; Go-Live May 30)
We are supporting a large-scale Epic Community Connect implementation for a confidential healthcare customer in the Northeast. The project is fully funded and approved, with build kicking off in September 2025 and go-live scheduled for May 30, 2026. This role will be focused exclusively on new build and integration work, not optimization or ticket support.
We are seeking four experienced Epic Beaker Analysts (three Clinical Pathology, one Anatomical Pathology) to join the implementation team. Analysts will participate in build, integration, and testing activities to connect the customer's laboratory systems into the host Epic environment. Work includes instrument middleware integration, reference lab build, and specialized module setup.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute build activities for Epic Beaker (CP or AP) in a Community Connect context.
Configure and validate instrument middleware integrations, including Data Innovations (DI) and SoftBank (for Blood Bank workflows).
Support reference lab build and mapping activities.
Collaborate with host and customer teams to design and validate workflows.
Participate in milestone site visits and go-live support.
Ensure deliverables meet Epic, host, and customer standards.
Required Qualifications
Epic Beaker Certification (Clinical Pathology or Anatomical Pathology, depending on role).
Direct experience with Epic new build for a Community Connect implementation.
Proven experience integrating laboratory instruments with Epic via middleware.
Experience with Data Innovations (DI) - highly preferred.
At least one role will require SoftBank certification/experience (Blood Bank).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $90.00/hr.
