RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Data Analyst in support of our enterprise networking and cloud solutions client based in Raleigh, NC.
Summary:
The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to help the organization make informed business decisions. This role involves transforming data into actionable insights, developing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data tools and visualization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Business Support: Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and deliver actionable recommendations
* Process Improvement: Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
* Data Governance: Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or similar role
* Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
* Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
