Supply Chain Analyst - Global Planning Support
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)
Type: W2 Contract (1-year)
Pay Rate: $23-$26/hour (Depending on experience)
Client: A leading global healthcare solutions company
About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and self-driven Supply Chain Analyst to manage the global supply of critical raw materials. This role will involve collaborating with suppliers and internal global planning teams to ensure material availability, optimize supply plans, and support key business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the global supply of critical raw materials
Collaborate with suppliers and internal planning teams to optimize availability
Create and maintain accurate demand plans
Analyze international supply plans and provide actionable insights
Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
Maintain and distribute reports related to demand planning, inventory, order management, and financials
Lead the global Non-Working Inventory (NWI) management process:
- Identify NWI items with subsidiaries
- Recommend disposition plans
- Track resolution progress
Qualifications
Strong background in supply chain, logistics, or planning
Proficient in data analysis and supply chain reporting
Experience with global supply operations a plus
Highly organized, self-starter, and excellent communicator
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
