SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Duration : Long Term
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in SAP HCM , Employee Central , US Employee Central Payroll, Integrations
Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.
Purpose:
To provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Strategy:
Develop and define comprehensive HR transformation strategies that leverage SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module, to align with business objectives.
Design end-to-end HR solutions and architectures that integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the SuccessFactors suite.and Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll.
Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Client Consultation and Needs Analysis:
Engage with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and pain points.
Advise clients on best practices in HR processes and how the Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll module can be customized to their needs.
Translate business requirements into system requirements and design specifications.

The Solution Architect is primarily responsible for designing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful implementation and integration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with a particular focus on the Employee Central (EC) and US Employee Central Payroll module. This role serves as a bridge between the client's HR strategy and technology execution.
Deep SAP SuccessFactors techno-functional expertise required for this role.
