Job Description:

The Technical Release Manager will oversee the end-to-end release management process, ensuring timely delivery of software releases within scope and quality standards.

This role involves coordinating efforts across development, QA, operations, and product management teams to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage release schedules and coordinate deployment efforts across projects.
• Facilitate collaboration among development, QA, and operations teams for seamless release processes.
• Conduct release planning meetings and maintain detailed documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with release activities.
• Implement best practices and standardized processes for release management.
• Monitor and report on release progress, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements during release cycles.
• Troubleshoot issues arising during releases and develop solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating technical details.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, DevOps).

• Experience coordinating large-scale software releases.

• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
