Job Details

Role: Project Manager/Business Analyst - Application Management Services (AMS)
Location: Sleep Hallow or Armonk, NY (Hybrid 2-3 days in a week onsite)

Job Type: Fulltime

10+ Years in Application Management Services (AMS). Knowing the science domain is not critical but having some Life Sciences knowledge is nice to have.

Job Description:

Monitor performance and availability of applications

Perform routine health checks and system diagnostics

Coordinate scheduled maintenance and upgrades

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for application-related issues

Log, track, and resolve incidents using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

Escalate complex issues to development or vendor teams

Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation

Conduct training sessions for end-users on application usage

Work closely with business units to understand application needs

Liaise with software vendors for updates, patches, and support

Participate in cross-functional meetings to align application performance with business goals

Assist in testing new releases and patches before deployment

Validate bug fixes and enhancements in staging environments
