What you will do:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic IT Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to learn about application management and operations.
How you will do it:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining applications and middleware. Support troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Participate in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new systems and applications.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure optimal performance of applications.
- Document processes and procedures for application operations.
- Learn and adhere to best practices in IT operations and security protocols.
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Familiarity with custom built Java applications, Oracle DB, MS Access
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
