Typical Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Sustaining high volume wafer manufacturing by providing technical expertise in photolithography processes
Developing improvements to manufacturing processes and modifications to production process flows to improve yield, quality, cost, and cycle time
Root cause investigation of discrepant material and implementation of quality improvement programs
Troubleshooting process shifts and applying SPC fundamentals to identify areas for improvement
Optimizing process to lower cost, maximize output, and match performance across tools
Qualifying new equipment and new processes
Analyzing cycle time and equipment overall operational efficiency


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's in Physics, Optics, Materials Science, Electronics, or a related field of study.
5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience in photolithography, with preference for ASML PAS 5500 i-line stepper/DUV scanner, Nikon SF-series i-line stepper, Ultratech stepper and metrology
Good understanding of photolithography theory and process knowledge
Able to work on-site in cleanroom

Demonstrated technical leadership skills and ability to productively engage with individuals from a range of backgrounds.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with a high degree of ownership
Flexibility to learn new systems, platforms and processes
Able to adapt to frequently changing environment
Self-starter with a strong work ethic who will thrive in a dynamic 24/7 operation
Strong knowledge and past ownership of photolithography exposure tool is desired
Past experience of people management is highly preferred

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $106,500 to $159,750.
