Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Digital Operations team. This role supports the delivery of best-in-class digital commerce experiences across global markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategies, roll out capabilities, and ensure seamless go-to-market implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects related to digital commerce experience strategy and execution.
• Support capability rollouts, process definition, and documentation for global initiatives.
• Manage communications and timelines for go-to-market activities.
• Partner with Leads to align on experience look and feel and drive geo socialization and implementation.
• Assist in defining and maintaining processes that enhance operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of digital experiences, including:
  • Global navigation
  • Search functionality
  • Product walls
  • Product detail pages (PDP)
  • Checkout experience

Qualifications:

• Required:
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred:
  • Experience in eCommerce or digital experience projects.
  • Familiarity with commerce journeys and user experience best practices.
