Key Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Guide customers step-by-step through the resolution process while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further resolution and follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Stay updated on new products, services, and technologies to provide up-to-date and accurate support to customers.
- Assist with creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge base articles for internal and external use.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
- Technical certifications, such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
