Spectrums Internet Product Team manages Internet reliability and data analytics. Key responsibilities are 1) driving the most reliable connectivity experience through proactively identifying customer impacting issues and 2) manage all data analytics requests surrounding the Internet Product. The focus will be leading high visibility program with cross functional teams to achieve company outcomes while maintaining data analytics and reporting needs.

BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

As a Product Management Director on this team, you'll be responsible for driving & exceeding financial targets (units, revenue and cash flow) and developing strategic plans/roadmaps and driving the on time/budget implementation of those plans. The initial focus will be on cross product application development and revenue generating opportunities. Also acts as liaison with Corporate Engineering, Corporate and Field Marketing and Field Engineering.

WHAT OUR PRODUCT MANAGEMENT DIRECTORS ENJOY THE MOST
  • Lead programs to improve customer-centric connectivity and reliability metrics through the use of multiple data sets, analysis and machine learning.
  • Lead monthly Senior Executive meeting, in partnership with various partner stakeholder organizations, to gain alignment and approval for proposed tactics to improve customer Internet experience.
  • Develop proactive mitigation process for customer impacting issues stemming from the Connectivity Reliability program.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships with Connectivity Insights, Network Operations, Technology, Data Science and Business Intelligence.
  • Lead data analytics team within Internet Product responsible for all Internet related analysis and reporting.
  • Drive cross functional team for consistency producing quality for company initiatives surrounding reliability and network intelligence.
  • Produce and Maintain connectivity dashboards and manage the distribution of those dashboards to the executive team.


WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of Consumer Product management
    • 5+ years of Related industry experience
  • Education: Undergraduate degree required
  • Technical Skills: Extensive Product Management, material P&L accountability, and/or Corporate Strategy experience
  • Skills:
    • Cable, Internet, and/or Web 2.0 industry experience
    • Requires strategic thinking, deep analytical, and executive presentation/ communication skills
    • Requires strategic thinking, deep analytical, and executive presentation/ communication skills
    • Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database management
    • Demonstrated organizational and office management skills

The pay for this position has a salary range of $124,000.00 to $220,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
