- 5 20+ years in credit card domain (originations, marketing, adjudication, collections).
- Expertise in TSYS systems, card regulations, and compliance.
- Strong technical background in Java, Kafka, and databases.
- Ability to align with solution architects and influence enterprise decisions.
- Experience building resilient systems and leading cross-functional teams.
