Job Details
Requirements:
-
5 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on electrical and mechanical components.
-
Proficiency in managing the Materials Review Board (MRB) process and non-conforming material.
-
Experience with various inspection tools and validating inspection routings.
-
Experience in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
-
Experience with quality containment processes for material and tooling.
-
Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-
Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process and daily meetings.
-
Inspect and verify non-conforming parts and assist with root cause analysis.
-
Manage the dispositioning of non-conforming material in a timely manner.
-
Execute the vendor return material authorization (VRMA) process with purchasing and warehouse teams.

Manage the quality containment process for material and inspection equipment.
-
Ensure accurate data collection and entry for MRB process and metrics tracking.

Support validation of inspection routings for incoming and in-process material.
