RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in San Franciso, CA is looking for a Product Manager, Web Analytics coming from a analyst or product management background.

Summary:
The eCommerce Tech Product Management team implements new ecommerce features and this person will work across all new tech features and scope the tracking and measurement needs (Adobe Analytics & Tealium) for those new features (what needs to be measured in Adobe Analytics). The candidate will be writing requirements and doing QA when the teams do the implementation eCommerce features; what is the impact to Adobe Analytics and how is it measured?

Day to Day Overview:
As the Web Analytics Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, roadmap, and implementation of digital analytics capabilities that power insights across our eCommerce ecosystem. You will partner with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure we have best-in-class measurement frameworks, clean data pipelines, and actionable insights to optimize the digital customer experience. This role bridges the gap between data, technical implementation and decision-making - helping define what success looks like for our digital products, and ensuring the business can measure it accurately and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
* 2+ years of experience in digital analytics, web product management, or a related field
* Candidate should have Adobe Analytics experience, knowledgeable with adobe implementation that can help with QA/UAT
* Understanding of ecommerce and customer journey
* Proven experience managing analytics implementations using enterprise analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, or similar)
* Hands-on experience with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
* Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, data layers, APIs) and de-bugging capabilities
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business context
* Analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement

Nice to Haves:
* Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch is highly desirable
* Experience with session replay and behavioral analytics tools (e.g., ContentSquare, FullStory, Quantum Metric, or similar)
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, or similar)
* Experience in retail or eCommerce analytics environments
* Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and data visualization tools
* Experience collaborating with data engineering or data science teams

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
