Job Description
Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Temporary-On-Call (TOC) HAWK Systems Engineer SME who will be available to work in close coordination of the HAWK Project Manger and with government civilians, to support a vast array of activities for the HAWK Project Office.

Job Description
Torch Technologies Inc., is seeking a Temporary-On-Call (TOC) HAWK Systems Engineer SME who will be available to work in close coordination of the HAWK Project Manger and with government civilians, to support a vast array of activities for the HAWK Project Office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations to complex problems related to program management.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and executing program plans, strategies, and objectives, ensuring alignment with DoD priorities.
- Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with the program.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with stakeholders, including government officials, contractors, and other relevant parties.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and process optimization within the program.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conducting analysis, providing recommendations, and preparing reports on program status and performance.
- Candidate will develop and manage system related requirements and capabilities with representatives of foreign governments, other US Government agencies, and Industry support contractors to coordinate and assure optimal customer support and on time accomplishment of the program's objectives within budget and schedule.
- Candidate will prepare, coordinate, manage, and analyze plans for the release of weapon system hardware, software, and data. Review training material, training plans, schedules, and training support packages.
- Candidate will coordinate with software & hardware engineers regarding the testing, functionality, fielding, and subsequent training for Project Office programs.
- Candidate will travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of the Project Office efforts.
- The individual will research material for country briefings, as well as preparing reports and memorandums.
- He/she will work on other projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree in engineering or business preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years program related experience in related areas with at least 15 years functional or program management experience. OR a Bachelor's Degree with 17 years or equivalent experience.
- Significant Air Defense Experience, 10 plus years with HAWK and/or Chaparral ADA Systems.
- Project Management experience is desirable.
- Secret security clearance required.
