US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Essential Job Functions
- Oversee the conceptualization and development of data center whitespace designs for multi-cloud sites, ensuring they align with Oracle's strategic objectives and goals.
- Analyze business requirements and align them with technical capabilities to ensure optimal solutions to build at scale.
- Build Multicloud design templates, manage and track the plan of record for design tasks, unblock blockers, mitigate risks for delivery speed.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to bridge gaps in understanding.
- Innovate Design Solutions for Rapid Design - develop designs that prioritize quick construction methods to enhance efficiency and project timelines.
- Prepare and deliver clear and compelling data-driven critical project write-ups to senior executives, outlining project progress, technical challenges, and strategic recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Lead a team of design professionals in evaluating and approving efficient layouts, specs, and designs for critical facilities.
- Collaborate with all internal cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and execution.
- Ensure all designs meet Oracle's performance requirements, industry standards and local regulations.
- Manage the engineering team's overview of all designs from initial proposal through to completion of construction.
- Champion green and sustainable design practices within data center projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

- Ensure that all designs are cost-effective, innovative, and aligned with future technological advancements.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate into design standards.
- Prepare and present design documentation and project updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.
- Conduct regular design reviews and quality assessments, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the construction management team to resolve design-related issues during the construction phase.
- Establish and enforce design project timelines, budgeting processes, and resource allocation.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data center design with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior managerial role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cross-functional teams such as data center operations, construction methods, and engineering practices.
- Proven track record of delivering complex data center designs on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in data center design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
