Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity in the telecom sector for a Desktop Support Analyst, located in Bedford, Ohio, 44146-1329, United States. The role encompasses maintaining and troubleshooting desktop hardware, components, peripherals, and operating systems alongside handling job-related issues and confidential material.

Responsibilities:

Handle hands-on hardware troubleshooting tasks
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of desktop hardware, components, peripherals, and various operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, Linux, and thin client knowledge
Engage in system imaging and become familiar with Microsoft Office applications and other business-oriented software
Exhibit analytical and problem-solving abilities, paying keen attention to detail
Conduct effective research into job-related issues and products
Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies and handle confidential material appropriately
Present ideas in user-friendly language
Manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively
Utilize skills such as Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Deskside Support, Windows OS.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or in a similar role.
Must possess strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory.
Proficiency in handling and troubleshooting Computer Hardware is required.
Should have experience in providing Deskside Support to end-users.
Familiarity with Windows Operating System (OS) and its troubleshooting is essential.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven record of managing time and resources effectively.
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
Must have a problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team and coordinate with other IT professionals.
Should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
