Description
We are looking for a skilled Cloud CX Analyst to join our dedicated services team in Atlanta, Georgia. This is a long-term contract position, ideal for a candidate with strong expertise in customer relationship management systems and cloud platforms. The role requires a proactive individual capable of analyzing business processes and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive product plans that align with business goals and vision.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to integrate business rules into product design.
Collaborate with agile development teams to ensure seamless design and development processes.
Maintain focus on user experience and interface integrity throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee testing phases during development and address issues promptly to reduce defects.
Manage business expectations and proactively address concerns while proposing effective solutions.
Support user acceptance testing by providing guidance and resolving issues efficiently.
Communicate updates and ensure alignment with stakeholders, leadership, and team members.
Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating tasks across teams and business units.
Demonstrate commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse team culture.
Requirements
Expertise in cloud platforms, including Oracle Cloud, Azure, and Google Cloud, with a focus on CRM and CX applications.
Strong ability to analyze and document business processes to align technical and business requirements.
Experience working with agile development methodologies and Java application development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for root cause analysis and solution design.
Proven ability to communicate complex issues effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Certification in CX Sales, Marketing, or Service platforms is highly preferred.
Utility industry experience is a plus.
Familiarity with tools such as client-side scripting, API development, and Salesforce configuration management.
