**Future Opportunity**

CSEngineering is looking to add an IT Project Manager to our growing team! This position provides daily tech support for hardware, software, networks, and cybersecurity for the Civil units within DoD. From user training to system configuration and SharePoint management, you'll keep mission-critical IT operations running. A Secret clearance and IA certification are required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The It Project Manager shall support IT Enterprise architecture planning, engineering, project management, and configuration management to include requirements for maintaining efficient use of network devices, such as switches, routers, and TACLANES for the DoD customers. Document the approved requirements process in the CONOPs and provide education and training on the requirements process to DoD customers. Evaluate existing projects/requirements and make recommendations to government counterparts as to which should be continued. Upon government approval and provision of funding, continue processing and implementation of existing projects/ requirements. Share responsibility for the Memorandum of Agreement

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS: IT Project Management tasks include but are not limited to the following: Experience with IT concepts, practices and procedures and industry standards. Proficient in Microsoft (MS) Office tools, including MS Project. Experience in IT Project Management.

• IT Planning: Share responsibility for plans and programs with government employees. The contractor shall:

1. Support IT Enterprise architecture planning, engineering, project management, and configuration management to include requirements for maintaining efficient use of network devices, such as switches, routers, and TACLANES for the DoD customers.

1. Document the approved requirements process in the CONOPs and provide education and training on the requirements process to DoD customers.??

1. Evaluate existing projects/requirements and make recommendations to government counterparts as to which should be continued.??

1. Upon government approval and provision of funding, continue processing and implementation of existing projects/requirements.??

1. Share responsibility for Memoranda of Agreements (MOAs), Standard Operating Agreements (SOAs), and other agreements with government employees.

• Project Management/Requirements Processing: Provide project managers for communications requirements, plans, and implementations. The contractor shall:

1. Process and track customer requirements, engineer solutions, and manage project implementation.?

1. Develop/Manage Enterprise Master Integrated Schedule, tracking milestones, major projects, completion dates (i.e., Microsoft Project Management type program (Gantt charts)).??

1. Support contracts and provide logistics management capability for unit systems (material control, project logistics).??

1. Produce Implementation Plan for approved projects and programs.??

1. Implement Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Process to support organizational increase on high reliable IT services. This effort can provide: reduced costs, improved IT services using proven best practice processes, and improved customer satisfaction through a more professional approach to service delivery. The contractor shall:??

• Minimize energy consumption to meet percentage reduction requirements set forth in Executive Orders (EO) 13834.??

• Follow applicable environmental energy efficiency guidelines when purchasing new hardware or electronic equipment.??

• Follow applicable environmental guidelines when disposing of hardware or electronic equipment.??

• Coordinate initial design plans with civil engineers to ensure compliance with environmental and energy guidelines.??

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Security Clearance: Secret

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant IT project management experience

• Minimum associate degree in IT field or equivalent work experience and appropriate IT certifications/training.

• Shall be fully qualified in project management, standardized theory and operations of networks and information systems evidenced by training degrees, certifications, and experience documented in the resume.

• Must be able to work with others on a personable and professional basis to accomplish all tasks while preserving harmony in the workplace.

• Shall exhibit good communication, briefing, customer service, and organizational skills.
