Senior Information Technology Project Management Specialist

The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Information Technology Project Management Specialist to join the team in Renton, WA; Seattle, WA; or Tukwila, WA.
The candidate will be an integral member of the Human Resources (HR) Information Technology (IT) Systems leadership team and will be responsible for Timekeeping, Absence Management, Payroll and HR Operations. You will actively collaborate with multiple HR stakeholders to establish and maintain long range business plans (LRBP), maintain project funding, manage priorities for projects, and oversee delivery on prioritized projects.

Position Responsibilities:
- Works with key partners in the HR Systems Program Management Office
- Creates and updates IT Long Range Business Plans for HR IT
- Tracks financial performance to plan, and manage financial opportunities and risks to LRBP
- Collaborates with HR IT leaders and HR Operation leaders to manage priorities in accordance with LRBP waterline
- Maintains project-vise financial performance to plan on all IT statements of work in HR IT
- Oversees allocation of resources across HR Payroll, Timekeeping and Operation systems
- Collaborates with IT Product Managers within HR Payroll, Timekeeping and Operations systems to drive execution
- Manages onboarding/offboarding of vendor resources
- Ensures that systems within scope meet service levels, and manage mitigation plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resource functions supporting Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Operations, Payroll, or Timekeeping
- 5+ years of experience in creating and managing IT Long Range Business Plans
- 5+ years of experience managing delivery and support of IT systems
- 5+ years of experience in managing product backlog in Azure DevOps
- 2+ years of experience in managing product delivery with US onsite and global/offshore teams
- 2+ years of experience in managing resource plans, and in creating opportunities on delivery team capacity
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Excel
