Job Details
We are seeking a skilled Cisco Call Studio Developer with hands-on experience in developing CVP call flows and integrating with ICM scripts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Cisco's Contact Center technologies and experience in end-to-end IVR development, testing, and deployment within a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, develop, and maintain Cisco CVP Call Studio applications using Java, VXML, and Studio modules.

Develop and manage ICM scripting for call routing, agent selection, and load balancing.

Integrate IVR flows with back-end services using REST/SOAP APIs, databases, or web services.

Collaborate with contact center architects, network teams, and QA to implement scalable call flows.

Perform unit testing, QA validation, and production deployment of CVP/ICM configurations.

Assist in troubleshooting call routing issues, CVP logs, and VXML gateway errors.

Maintain documentation for call flows, application logic, and routing diagrams.

Support system upgrades, patching, and configuration backups as needed.

5+ years of experience with Cisco Call Studio (CVP) development

Strong experience with ICM scripting, micro-apps, and call routing

Proficient in Java, XML/VXML, and REST/SOAP integration

Hands-on with Cisco Unified CCE, CVP, VVB, and Gateway configuration

Familiarity with CVP reporting, ECC variables, and precision routing

Experience working with Finesse, CUCM, and SIP routing is a plus

Strong communication and documentation skills

Experience in Agile or ITIL-based support environments

Cisco certifications (CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, etc.)

Familiarity with Genesys, Amazon Connect, or Twilio is a bonus
