RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a remote Salesforce Application Support Analyst to join their team. This position will require working a morning shift (5am or 6am Pacific start time) as well as rotating half day shifts on Saturdays. Although this is slated as an initial 6-month contract duration, it is anticipated to be an ongoing position with potential for growth long-term.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of application support experience with Salesforce
* Experience working with Salesforce and experience supporting issues and cases related to sync issues with third party systems
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working on a high volume and quick-resolution tickets (managing priorities of tickets, providing detailed answers to users while working through tickets, documenting updates, and ultimately closing out those tickets)
* Strong customer service experience, showing patience, good attitude, professional
* Comfortable communicating with users, meeting with users on video, providing updates on outstanding tickets, and working with them through resolution
* Time management skills - ability to manage priorities and work through multiple tickets simultaneously
* Comfort working remotely with a distributed team
* Open to feedback to support your performance and development

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
