Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales Representative)
Fulltime Position
San Francisco, CA (On-site, 5 days/week)
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound channels, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company s product, ideal customer profile, and unique value proposition.
- Utilize advanced automation systems to streamline and scale outbound prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives (AEs) to schedule meetings and accelerate deal velocity.
- Continuously refine outbound strategy, messaging, and tools to improve conversion rates and performance.
- 6 12+ months of experience in a B2B Sales Development or similar pipeline generating role.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding outbound engagement and revenue generation goals.
- Highly driven and committed to working in-person, full-time in our San Francisco HQ
- Demonstrated ownership mindset proactive, resourceful, and results oriented.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, early stage startup environments where speed and impact are key.
- Curious, self aware, and eager to learn you welcome feedback and continuously improve.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Passion for go to market (GTM) technologies or prior experience in MarTech/SaaS startups is a plus.
