Required Skills & Experience
•12 + years of experience in data engineering and data migration
•Proven experience supporting M&A divestitures, carve-outs, or system separations
•Strong hands-on expertise with AWS (S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions)
•Advanced Python skills for data processing, automation, and orchestration
•Proven experience with Informatica IICS
•Strong experience implementing data masking and anonymization solutions
•Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasets
•Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance standard


Key Responsibilities
•Execute end-to-end data migration and extraction activities for M&A divestiture and carve-out programs
•Design and implement Python-based data migration pipelines for large-scale, multi-system environments
•Build and operate AWS-native data workflows (S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions)
•Develop and manage integrations using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
•Implement data masking, anonymization, and tokenization to protect sensitive and regulated data
•Support Day-0 / Day-1 / TSA data readiness milestones for M&A transactions
•Perform data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off to ensure accuracy and completeness
•Work closely with security, compliance, and legal teams to meet regulatory and contractual requirements
•Document data mappings, migration logic, assumptions, and exceptions for audit and handover
