Job Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and optimize business processes to align with strategic goals.
- Ensure Agile methodology compliance in business operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics.
- Create documentation, including specifications and reports.
- Partner with IT teams to implement effective solutions.
- Continuously enhance business processes for greater efficiency.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, finance, or any related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and basic computer science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence preferred.
