Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Improve and extend existing automation frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Identify, log, and manage defects via tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Bugzilla.
- Conduct API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Develop performance/load tests using JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Collaborate with DevOps, developers, analysts, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and ensure test alignment with sprints.
- Maintain test documentation and ensure proper version control with Git.
- Support test environment stability and data consistency.
- Mentor junior testers and promote test automation best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- Tools: Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Appium, Cucumber, Cypress.
- Languages: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI.
- Test & Defect Tools: Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr.
- API Testing: Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Version Control: Git.
- SQL and database basics.
- Working in Agile/Scrum environments.
