We are seeking a Finance professional that is ready to take on additional responsibilities and grow their career. As this is a new business, this role will require strong critical thinking and problem solving as we build processes and procedures to support a growing business. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts, including revenue and expense projections, and provide analysis to ensure financial goals are met

  • Investigate and explain variances between planned and actual financial results, helping management make necessary adjustments.

  • Prepare financial dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and provide insights on financial performance.

  • Analyze costs, pricing, and profitability to support pricing strategies, cost reduction initiatives, and business development.

  • Create financial models and forecasts to assess the potential impact of various financial strategies, investment decisions, and business initiatives.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis and financial insights to improve the organization's financial performance and strategic decision-making.

  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
    * Minimum of 3 years of finance, accounting, or similar experience.
    * Advanced MS Excel user who demonstrates ability to engage in data driven analysis and decision making.
    * Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
    * Ability to travel on an occasional basis.


Preferred Qualifications:




  • Worked with MS Dynamics 365 F&O
    * Experience in a manufacturing environment
    * CPA or CMA certification
