REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

o Experience with natural language processing, computer vision, or other AI disciplines relevant to generative AI.
o Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
o Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases.
o Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Generative AI Architect, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly into our technology stack. Your expertise in model fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture, and multi-agent systems will be crucial to our AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
o Design, develop, and implement generative AI models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
o Fine-tune pre-trained models to enhance their performance and adapt them to specific tasks.
o Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to improve model performance by leveraging external data sources.
o Design and implement multi-agent systems to facilitate complex AI interactions and enhance automation capabilities.
o Work collaboratively with data scientists, UX/UI designers, and product managers to create end-to-end AI-driven applications.
o Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack applications using modern technologies.
o Integrate AI models into existing systems and ensure smooth deployment and operation.
o Optimize AI models and full-stack applications for performance and scalability.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and full-stack development to continually enhance our technology stack.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI models and application performance.
o Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for AI models and applications.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
o Proven experience as a Generative AI Developer, with a strong portfolio of AI-driven projects.
o Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
o Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
o Strong understanding of model fine-tuning and experience in adapting models for specific use cases.
o Experience with full-stack development, including front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask) technologies.
o Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and integrating external knowledge sources.
o Knowledge of multi-agent systems and their application in AI workflows.
o Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
o Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
