**Must have this experience in a data center organization
We are looking for a Procurement/Contract Administrator to join our team. Our client is a leading provider of data center solutions and innovative technologies. This person will be a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement/Contract Administrator who can ensure the efficient management of vendor contracts and cost evaluations.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor cost evaluation within the data center domain (DC domain is a MUST)
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Coupa or similar tool)
Knowledge of data center operations and vendor management
Summary:
The Procurement Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, evaluating vendor costs, and managing contracts within the data center domain. This role requires a strong understanding of data center operations, vendor management, and cost analysis.

Responsibilities:
Contract Management: Develop, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Cost Evaluation: Analyze vendor proposals and costs to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
Procurement Process: Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, bidding, and selection of vendors related to supporting a large data center org.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor contracts and procurement activities.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and cost analysis to senior management.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities are compliant
***This is within a business team, and not the contracts org ... so items like this ... the team will adhere to the extent they can, but they will defer to the contracts org and legal.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
