Senior Estimator, Substation Construction, TX/FL/GA/VA/NC
Gryphon Oakwood is currently working on a Senior Estimator role for the construction of Substations in:
- Dallas, TX / Palm Beach Gardens, FL / Atlanta, GA / Richmond, VA / Charlotte, NC / Mount Airy, NC
No Remote
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in electrical estimating, with a strong focus on substations and utility-scale projects
- In-depth knowledge of high-voltage equipment, grounding systems, conduit, cabling, control buildings, and related civil/structural components
- Strong understanding of construction methods, labor productivity, and materials pricing
- Proficiency with estimating software (such as Accubid, InEight, or similar) and MS Excel
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
