Job Description

Join our Team as an SAP SD Analyst!

The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated SAP SD Analyst who combines enthusiasm, energy, and strong decision-making skills with technical expertise. In this role, you'll partner with business process owners, stakeholders, and key users to resolve issues, analyze requirements, and deliver SAP-driven solutions.

As a key contributor, you'll optimize and support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process in SAP ERP, including Sales & Distribution (SD) and its integration with Finance (FI) and Supply Chain modules. Your work will ensure smooth operations across quote management, order processing, billing, and revenue recognition.

We value innovative and creative ideas - yes, even during meetings (where snacks are always welcome). If you enjoy tackling challenges with positivity and a bit of humor, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Analyze, design, configure, test, and implement SAP Q2C processes to support sales, order management, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Contribute to projects in related areas such as Warranty Management, Fleet Management (PM - Plant Maintenance), Logistics Execution, Vehicle Management System (VMS), and e-Commerce (Hybris - Convergent Invoicing, Convergent Charging).
  • Prioritize business requirements based on stakeholder input, project timelines, and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to gather, validate, and align business requirements.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, analyze data, document findings, and prepare clear reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Present information effectively and respond to inquiries from managers, stakeholders, and key users.
  • Develop and update functional specifications, including data mapping, process flow diagrams, and integration logic. Oversee data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
  • Partner with Application Developers to test and enhance system features.
  • Support integration, user acceptance, and data migration testing. Lead key-user training and assist with end-user training delivery.
  • Configure and support the SAP SD module, including pricing, order types, delivery, and billing.
  • Provide enhancements and support for SAP integrations with CRM, CPQ tools, e-commerce platforms, Logistics Management, and third-party systems.
  • Lead or support SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollout projects related to Q2C.
  • Deliver post-go-live production support and troubleshoot SAP SD issues.

What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SD or Q2C functional analysis and support.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end SAP Sales & Distribution processes and integration with other modules (MM, FI, etc.).
  • Hands-on SAP SD configuration and implementation experience.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • SAP SD, or related, certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of EDI, IDoc, and batch job processing for order management.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

Where and When You'll Work:
  • Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule-collaborate in person at our Greene, New York and work remotely 2 days per week.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $80,726 - $103,336 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.

World Class Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary
  • Performance Bonus
  • Generous Paid Time Off and 13 Paid Holidays
  • Affordable Medical plans and no-cost Dental & Vision options
  • 100% 401(k) match up to 6%
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability
  • Tuition Assistance Program
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with access to mental health care, legal support, and financial guidance
  • Recognition and Kaizen (continuous improvement) Reward Programs
  • Meaningful opportunities for personal and professional development
  • Best in class work culture!
