Project Scope:
Programmer Analyst 3 as an advanced information technology programmer/analyst and technical resource in the Eligibility Area. This advanced position provides development environment support, production support, batch jobs support, evaluates possible solutions, develops alternative solutions, recommends technical modifications, and designs, develops, and maintains applications across multiple platforms and experience/understanding of agile processes.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Relies on experience, judgment and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- This position will be using Databricks/JIRA/Confluence technologies for Eligibility projects and upgrade technologies as needed.
- This position is also responsible for the development and maintenance of portions of other related processes in the Client Support area that support the Department of Health & Human Services. This may include reports associated with those processes.
- This role also includes development of documentation in all areas under their own responsibility, navigation, data storage, data retrieval, data validation, data manipulation, printing, and other processes.
- This position will help in the support of Eligibility projects related to Databricks/JIRA/DevSecOps/Confluence.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8-11 + years of experience in the field or in a related area.
