Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Deposit checks and manage financial transactions.
- Office expenses reconciliation.
- Verify Year-End financial activities
Contract Management:
- Negotiate contracts with Job Portals such as CareerBuilder, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter and manage them.
- Negotiate corporate insurance including crime, general, Cyber, and professional insurance and manage them.
- Follow up with vendors on incorrect charges.
- Conduct government pre-employment reference checks
Compliance:
- Review handbooks by state for compliance.
- Oversee employee offboarding compliance.
- Ensure that we are complaint with client agreements.
Office Management:
- Oversee lease renewals for multiple office locations.
- Manage occupational license renewals.
Technology and Equipment:
- Manage laptop maintenance contracts (US) with 3rd party vendors.
- Oversee laptop management in US including shipping laptops to employees.
Administrative Tasks:
- Check and respond to mail.
- Ensure timely distribution of annual gifts to employees.
- Manage employee relations and host employee lunches/dinners.
- Assist with employee queries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, or other related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
- Experience in IT services industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using various technology platforms
- Knowledge of corporate insurance and compliance regulations.
