Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social strategies for original video podcasts, focusing on short-form video and platform-specific storytelling.
- Create scalable systems to continuously promote video podcast content across various channels.
- Lead cross-functional teams in meetings and planning forums to enhance social promotion efforts.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, publicity, and talent teams to drive impactful social media campaigns.
- Oversee the social promotion roadmap, prioritizing based on internal goals and audience insights.
- Transform long-form episodes into short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design efficient workflows for asset management and multi-channel distribution.
- Utilize data analytics to refine content strategy and optimize posting strategies.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or audience development.
- Proven ability to create engaging AV content that resonates across platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in asset management and distribution.
- Excellent analytical skills to inform content strategy and optimization.
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating strategy and creative direction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing social accounts for podcasts, shows, or brands from strategy to execution.
- Interest in sports and pop culture, with an understanding of social media engagement within fandoms.
