Experience and Education:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in backend software development
- Production-level Kotlin experience
- SaaS application development with modern cloud services
- API-driven systems background
- Experience with relational databases at scale

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services in Kotlin
- Design APIs that are reliable, scalable, and easy to consume
- Write clean, tested, and observable code
- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
- Refactor and modernize legacy logic when needed
- Ensure smooth data flow across distributed systems
- Collaborate with product and design partners to refine features
- Review peer code and promote best practices
- Diagnose and resolve production issues with root cause focus
- Stay current with emerging backend and cloud engineering trends
- Apply secure coding standards across the stack
- Improve performance and scalability through thoughtful design
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automation for faster delivery
- Maintain clear technical documentation
