Job Title: Director Delivery

Job Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent

Job Duties: Responsible for project management (waterfall and agile methods), resource allocation, and managing budgets of custom software solutions throughout the entire software development life cycle. Interface with business stakeholders and IT management to set priorities and balance competing needs. Partner with internal and external stakeholders who are part of the delivery ecosystem to define roles, standards, and expectations that promote constant communication and prompt issue resolution. Keep leadership team apprised of partner performance, development, and improvement areas. Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for enhancements. Provide clear, concise, transparent, and insightful status reporting to the team, executives, and a diverse set of stakeholders. Apply continuous improvement strategies and lean concepts to streamline processes, maintain accurate data, and eliminate systemic defects. Manage internal engagements and implementations, including requirements gathering, agreeing on scope, scheduling, prioritizing, managing risk and ultimately implementing the solution. Interface with internal clients and cross-functional teams to determine immediate information requirements, anticipate future needs and drive the development of the infrastructure to meet those needs. Providing senior level review of project plans that include schedules and costs. Conduct periodic meetings with project teams to assess progress and roadblocks of the engagement, Identifying, tracking risks at a project & portfolio level, formulating & implementing a mitigation plan, communicating the same to the client & organization stakeholders. Developing defining and executing account plan, schedule budgets and deliverables. Manage the delivery of multiple project streams, managing stakeholder communication. Responsible for managing Cost, Schedule and Quality of all projects within account; reporting status to the client(s) and executive management about the account health, budgeting and work orders.

Job Requirements: Required Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Engineering (Any), MIS or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Manager, Developer, IT Analyst, or related. Must be able to travel/relocate to various client sites throughout the US.

Salary Range: $108,930.00/Year to $110,000.00/Year
