Position: Senior Manager, Technology Operations
Job Location: 10900 NE 4th Street, Floor 8, Bellevue, WA 98004
Duties: Own complex projects end-to-end for Walmart Fulfillment Service's in eCommerce fulfillment related to quality assurance and excellence, controlling inventory variance, and related cost reduction efforts. Manage risks associated with implementations. Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making. Develop data models (i.e., algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area or category to drive business results and value. Collaborate with project teams to implement modeling solutions. Make strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results. Partner with senior leadership in Analytics to develop and implement data analysis strategies and anticipate future trends and analysis. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management (any), Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related area and 3 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Management (any), Industrial Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related area and 5 years of post-bachelor's progressively responsible experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Skills required: Experience developing data models for analytics using SQL. Experience visualizing data models for analytics and reporting using Tableau. Experience working with the development of technical products related to warehouse management systems. Experience managing projects from end-to-end and collaborating with cross- functional teams. Experience conducting profit & loss analysis and making strategic cost reduction and revenue generating recommendations. Experience partnering with fulfillment center operations teams to drive quality excellence. Experience creating and maintaining a roadmap to set the future vision and strategic direction of owned space. Experience measuring, monitoring, and reporting on program portfolio performance. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations and all associated supply chain activities. Experience developing key performance metrics and tracking mechanisms. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $150,550/year to $216,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
