Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, and archive instrument/equipment documentation such as master equipment lists, user access reviews, Instrument Installation & operational qualification documentation, and calibration documentation.
  • Verify equipment asset information in multiple locations for accuracy post system migration.
  • Participate in computer system validation activities associated with new or upgraded equipment or software packages.
  • Support the purchase, installation, and equipment qualification of new laboratory equipment.
  • Support Finance for external programs.
  • Collaborate with metrology and validation staff across multiple testing labs and sites for system relocations and lab optimization activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (cGMP), internal policies and procedures.
  • Customer focused mindset with the ability to communicate adequately (verbally/writing) to all levels within the organization.
  • Willingness and ability to quickly upskill in *** Facilities/Instrument support programs SAP, ProCal, QEC, ELPRO, Client, LAMP, EVAL and MEDS.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Associate s degree or higher preferred with 1-2 years of experience or 4-5 years working experience in metrology/information technology / customer service or other relevant field.
  • Experience working in a GMP environment and maintaining laboratory equipment. Highly organized, strong communication skills. Capable of working independently.
