Job Description:
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker: In office position with work from home allowed, i.e. flex or hybrid worker
JOB LOCATION: 500 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30022 [Hybrid]
DUTIES: Collaborate to gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications, and collaborate with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages. Create and execute automated test plans and strategies utilizing business requirements and collaborate with engineers and architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results, design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting. Responsible for dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing. Support applications and solves configuration and environment issues. Work involves back-end development in JAVA using Sprint boot, non-SQL databases and various caching and rate-limiting techniques to build robust cloud-based microservices in network diagnostics and CPE trouble shooting domain that interact with end-customer or agent with clients applications our platform interfaces with. Work in a scaled agile development environment. Utilize JAVA, Sprint Boot and Micro Services Development. Utilize Non-SQL and SQL DB experience, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kibana, AWS cloud experience, Rules Engine, Kafka, Scala, Play framework, Mockito, ScalaTest, Angular, Java Script, IntelliJ, Visual studio, Swagger, and ELK stack.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation working in a scaled agile development environment; utilizing JAVA, Sprint Boot and Micro Services Development; and utilizing Non-SQL and SQL DB experience, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kibana, AWS cloud experience, Rules Engine, Kafka, Scala, Play framework, Mockito, ScalaTest, Angular, Java Script, IntelliJ, Visual studio, Swagger, and ELK stack.
