Additional Skills & Qualifications
This person needs to be comfortable working autonomously as they will be the only desktop support resource onsite in Minneapolis. They will report to Chris Szal (who sits in Chicago). They will be a part of a global team that has regular virtual meetings. There are additional IT folks who sit in Minneapolis, but most are on a hybrid or remote schedule at this point - due to their tenure. In Minneapolis, there are 5 other IT resources - 2 cloud engineers, 1 infrastructure engineer, and 2 security engineers.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
