Role Description:

• Gather Data Governance, Data Quality Rules, Profiling requirements from JAD sessions with business users.
• Identify and assess the impact of potential data quality issues on the company s reporting and operational processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement data governance and data management practices.
• Work closely with business users, subject matter experts to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements for various use cases.
• Analyse and interpret data sources, map source to target information, ensuring accuracy and relevance of data.
• Review and analyse data and data models including reports to augment the requirement for use cases with technical information for facilitating development and data modelling activities.
• Design and develop Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and OOD to represent the requirements to communicate the information effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional team members and management via meetings and presentations.
• Write data analysis SQL queries to profile and document metadata to analyse data and augment key inputs required.
• Play key role in the Planning, User Acceptance Testing, and Implementation of system enhancements and conversions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with the business units to develop a solid knowledge base of the business line including the business plan, products, process, and revenue streams.
• Develop business requirement specification documents as well as high-level project plan.

• Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and Database Management.
• Should have experience in SAP S4 HANA, ECC.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with strong knowledge of best practices in data governance and data management.
• Proficiency in reporting tools like Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
