Job Title: Continuous Improvement Research Analyst

Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Hours: 30 40 hours per week

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Research Analyst to support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives. This role involves researching best practices, developing ROI models for improvement programs, and creating tools and frameworks to optimize organizational processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at qualitative and quantitative research, translating insights into actionable strategies, and communicating findings to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct best practice research across both private and public sectors.

  • Organize, evaluate, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research topics and approaches.

  • Develop research plans, reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

  • Generate insights from data and recommend actionable improvements.

  • Lead and facilitate user workshops (in-person and virtual).

  • Create customized plans and frameworks to address operational challenges.

  • Align improvement initiatives with broader organizational strategy and KPIs.

  • Prepare infographics and visual aids for broad communication.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional research experience.

  • Strong ability to quantify ROI and integrate practical metrics into operations.

  • Proficiency in crafting research plans, white papers, and outcome reports.

  • Experience with Lean tools and PDCA methodology.

  • Skilled in workshop facilitation, information gathering, and metric development.

  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders from all levels.

Preferred Certifications (not required)

  • Certified Analyst Professional

  • Certified Financial Analyst

  • Financial Risk Manager
