Job Details
We are looking for a qualified IT Technician that will install and maintain computer systems and networks aiming for the highest functionality. Must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.
Day to day activities:
-Network Monitoring
-PC/Thin Clint troubleshooting
-Application support
-Maintaining computer and network systems
-Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues,
-Assisting employees and customers with IT-related issues
Addition Duties:
-Provide emergency 24 x 7 on-call support on a rotating basis
-Managing Network/File Security
-Providing Phone, Email, and Onsite Support
Skills and Proficiencies:
-Degree in Networking, Computer Science, Information Technology
-At least 2-3 years of experience working with networking equipment
-Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
-In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
-Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
